Q: Can I order prescription refills online?

A: Yes, on every page there is a "Tools" section on the right hand side of the page. In that section there is a link for prescription refills. Click that link and a form will pop up, then fill out the form and submit it. Back to the Top?

Q: What is SPF? How often should I reapply sunscreen?

A: SPF or Sun Protection Factor is used to determine how long sunscreen can prevent ultraviolet (UV) radiation from damaging the skin. For instance, if it takes 10 minutes for your unprotected skin to start turning red, an SPF 15 sunscreen can theoretically prevent you from getting red 15 times longer or 150 minutes. Most sunscreens with an SPF of 15 or higher do a good job of blocking UVB radiation. Sunscreens should be applied 30 minutes before sun exposure. Sunscreen should be reapplied every 2 hours or after swimming, toweling off or sweating a lot. Back to the Top?

Q: When can I get a flu vaccine at Osterhaus Pharmacy?

A: Flu vaccinations are offered on a walk-in basis Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. If you need a different time than offered, just contact one of our pharmacy staff to set up an appointment for your convenience. Back to the Top?

Q: Can I get a Zostavax Vaccine (shingles) at the pharmacy.

Q: Is the online order refill working?

A: It has been brought to our attention that after a refill is ordered there is a response that states. "UNABLE To Send Refill Request E-mail Mailer Error: Language string failed to load: instantiate" We are still receiving your requests. We are working on determining why there is this error message.
